Return & Exchange Policy – Fresh Roots Organic
At Fresh Roots Organic, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are made with natural ingredients, we take extra care in ensuring their quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used products
Items purchased on sale or special promotions
Process for Return & Exchange:
Contact our Customer Support Team via email/WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and pictures (if applicable).
Once approved, you can send the product back to us through courier.
After inspection, we will process your replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds:
Refunds are issued in the original payment method or as store credit (based on customer preference).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.
